Privacy policy

PrintCanvas (“we”) is a Shopify app that helps merchants offer personalized print products. This policy explains what we store and why.

Data we store

• Shop domain, OAuth access token, plan, and billing status.
• Canvases, layouts, templates, and product/variant mappings you create.
• Shopper designs, preview images, and print PDFs until you delete them or uninstall.

What we do not sell

We do not sell merchant or customer data. We do not use shopper designs to train models.

Shopify

Install, billing, and order webhooks go through Shopify. Shopify’s privacy terms also apply.

Requests

Merchants can uninstall to stop processing. GDPR shop/customer redact webhooks delete the matching shop data. Email privacy@printcanvas.merchantos.in for other requests.
